Niacin is Vitamin B3, also known as niacinamide or nicotinic acid.

This nutrient is necessary for the blood circulation, healthy skin and nervous system functions. Participates in the metabolism of carbohydrates, fats, and Alfa Sportsproteins, and the production of hydrochloric acid for the digestive system. 

Niacin is also involved in the ordinary secretion of bile and stomach fluids, and in the synthesis of sex hormones.
