Payment Methods
We use secure online payment systems including Stripe and PayPal. You
can pay by Credit or Debit Card Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover,
Diners Club, JCB, PayPal. Payment methods vary by destination and you'll see all
your options during Checkout.

In order to purchase any of our Product you will be required to provide
us with your credit card information. Please be aware that all credit card
information may be shared with our third party payment processors (Stripe). By purchasing through our
Site, you agree that we may charge you the price listed at the checkout screen.
When using a credit card to settle a
payment, the total order amount is immediately deducted from the credit card
once the order is completed.
All orders must be pre-paid. Orders will only be shipped after full
payment of the total amount is cleared. Once the payment reaches our account,
the order will be processed. An order confirmation email is sent to the email
address provided once an order is successfully completed.
You warrant that the payment details and any related personal details
you provide us are correct. We accept no liability in the event you fail to
provide correct or incomplete payment or personal details or for any losses
suffered as a result of the fraudulent or unauthorised use of credit cards.
The prices for
Products provided under this Agreement will be as set out on our Site at the
time you offer to purchase the Products. All prices are in US Dollars
unless otherwise stated and you agree that we may charge you sales tax. Wiklev.com
is United States based company; we bill all our customers in U.S. Dollars and
allow the customer's card issuing company to process the conversion. That
amount may slightly differ from the current rate of exchange. Your card issuing
company may also charge you a conversion fee. We are not responsible for these
fees.
From time to time we
may issue promotional or discount codes. These can be redeemed at checkout and
are subject to the terms of issue stated by us in relation to each promotion or
discount

SHIPPING
All Wiklev orders are
shipped out from our US or Japan warehouses to your country by Air Freight. International
shipping costs will be calculated and guaranteed based on the items you are
purchasing, your chosen shipping method and your shipping destination. Due to
shipping restrictions by country, we are unable to ship all items online to all
countries.
We endeavour to process orders within 1-3 full business days.
We offer free delivery for orders above $150.
Immediately after the
successful entry of the order, you will receive a confirmation via mail. On the
evening of the day of dispatch, you will then receive the dispatch confirmation
with your personal tracking number. This allows you to track your parcel
accordingly. Depending on the shipping option you have chosen, the parcel
tracking data may not yet reflect the latest status at the time you receive
this email and the update may take up to 48 hours.
All packages shipped
by us will be delivered by local mail carrier at the final destination or you
may be required to collect the parcel directly from the postal facility. Your
mail carrier may charge
duties and taxes. For International orders we do not collect taxes and duties during
checkout and therefore you are responsible for paying these if you are
required.
Incorrect Address. After your order has been shipped we cannot
change the delivery address even If the shipping address on your order was
incorrect. While we will do our best to resolve the issue we cannot be held
responsible for any delays, fees, or other delivery issues if you have made an
error in the shipping information on your order.
Package Loss happens
rarely for international orders but please be aware that it can happen. Please
be advised that international order will not be considered ‘lost’ until 35
business days from the date of shipment. We are unable to process claims until
35 business days period has passed.
In the event you consider your order has been lost, please contact our
customer support department at support@wiklev.com and report it as lost to us within 60 calendar
days of date of purchase. Orders that has not been reported within 60 calendar
days will not be eligible for refund. In addition, refunds are not available if
you choose a non-trackable shipping method and your order is lost.
If the delivery attempt is unsuccessful or the storage period is
expired, the shipments will be returned to the shipping company’s warehouse.
Once the return process starts, consignees may get charged a re-delivery fee by
the carrier. Unclaimed packages may be subject to abandonment, and no
refund/reship will be issued.
CUSTOMS CLEARANCE
It is up to the customer to double check your country's import policies
before ordering. Orders that are seized by your local customs cannot be
refunded. Customs hold, or any other unforeseen complications outside of WIKLEV
control.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We make every effort to ensure our Product descriptions are accurate as
possible with specifications made on the information provided to us. However,
should an error occur we reserve the right to correct our description.
Images are for illustrative purposes only and may not be an exact image
of the actual Product.
We currently only ship to street addresses in the US. Freight/shipping
costs are calculated depending on your postcode and will be provided at the
checkout prior to payment.
In the event of any defect with any Product(s) that you have purchased
on or through our Site our liability will be limited to replacement of the
Product(s) in question (where applicable), or refund to the value of those
Product(s) If you believe any of the Products purchased on or through our Site
contain a defect, you must notify us immediately by emailing us at support@jshealthvitamins.com
Unfortunately due to health regulations
we cannot accept the return of any of our nutritional Products simply because
you have changed your mind. Please choose carefully and ensure that any Product
you select is right for you, based on the advice received from your healthcare
provider or general practitioner.
Exchanges
We do not accept international
exchanges. If you need to exchange an item you will need to request a return,
ship the item back at your expense, and purchase the replacement item as a new
order on wiklev.com. NOTE: Applicable tax and duties and fees as well as
shipping will be charged on the replacement item.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged
product, please contact us within 3-business days of receipt of your order with
images of the item. NOTE: A replacement cannot be shipped if we are not
contacted within the 3-business day window. The Wiklev.com is not liable for
lost returned packages. Please retain a copy of your return tracking numbers to
insure receipt of your delivery.
Incorrect Orders or Damaged Products
If
a product is shipped incorrectly or arrives damaged, we will replace that item or
accept a return of that item and provide a full refund.
Some
items such as consumable food and beverage items are non-returnable unless
defective upon receipt.
Wiklev.com will accept
Product returns and provide you with an exchange, repair or refund (as
applicable) where:

The product is damaged, or
·
The product is faulty, and
·
You can
present your online invoice or other adequate proof of purchase.
Wiklev.com
reserves the right not to offer an exchange, refund or repair where the item
fault is a result of misuse or neglect.
Even though great care
is taken in the shipping process, if your item/s arrives damaged, please
contact us at support@wiklev.com to assess the
damage and to work out a solution. You may be requested to provide a photograph
of your item/s and /or delivery package to aid a speedy resolution.
Once we receive your
mailed return in store, we’ll process your credit immediately. If you’ve
provided us with an email address, we’ll email you once your return has been
received and your credit has been processed.
Note: Your credited
refund may take a few days to reflect on your account, depending on your bank’s
processing time.
As soon as your return
parcel reaches our warehouse - as long as it arrives within the 30-day return
period - we will refund your payment via the payment method you placed your
order with. After your refund has been processed, we will send you a
confirmation email as well as the credit note. All returns will be
credited to the original form of payment.
