The owner of this “Wiklev” website is Vestar America LLC, a legal entity created and operated in accordance with applicable laws of the state of Florida, USA. This Wiklev Terms of Use is an Agreement that sets forth the agreement between Wiklev and each user and govern the use of the Site. The Agreement constitutes the only Agreement between us and you and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous Agreements respectively to the subject of this Agreement. Wiklev disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose with respect to the products and services listed or purchased on the site. The maximum liability of Wiklev (and/or Vestar America LLC) shall be limited to the amount paid by you for any product/information/service purchased by you from Wiklev on the site during 12 months prior to the date leading to liability. Even if we have been advised of the possible damages we do not guarantee and make no warranty respectively to any product/information/service sold. We take no responsibility for any damages for product/information/services provided by third parties.
