These rules determine the procedure for the return of goods of good quality purchased in the online store Items that have been opened, used, or are not in a resalable condition are not eligible for a refund.

All orders that are returned to us for any reason because they are prohibited from entry or because they are unclaimed by the recipient shall incur a 30% restocking fee. The shipping fee for any unclaimed or returned orders will not be refunded. Packages that are "abandoned" at customs will be sent back to us. If we receive your returned package, we will automatically refund your order minus your shipping costs plus a 30% restocking fee.

Products should be inspected immediately once delivered. If you receive a damaged, expired or incorrect product, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your product at with images and details pertaining to the concern with your order. Please make sure to keep your order, as we may need pictures to submit as documentation for any claims. Our team will review details provided.

You can return the goods of good quality within 14 calendar days, not counting the day of purchase. Goods of good quality that have not been used are accepted for return.

To make a return, you need to fill out the return form that can be found by clicking on this link, print it, fill out and sign. 

The funds for the goods you paid for your order on the site when you were placing the order will be returned to the bank card with which the payment was made.

If the order was paid upon receipt, the money will be returned to a bank card, the details of which will be indicated on the return form, within 10 business days.

Regardless of how the order was paid, funds for the order cannot be issued in cash.

We will create a return form and send it to your email. The form must be printed, attached to the returned product and contacted at any post office of your choice.

The goods must be packed in the original packaging, or, if damaged, in packaging of equivalent size and strength. Together with the goods you must put in the packaging a duly completed return request. Please note that without such a statement, we will not be able to refund you, and the goods will be returned to the address indicated on the shell of the mail as the address of the sender. 

After receiving and checking the goods in our warehouse, the funds will be returned to the bank account indicated on the form within 10 business days.
