Our comfortable super soft silicone design was made to keep you active and comfortable at the same time while creating a leak-proof barrier to collect your monthly blood flow. Easy to insert and remove, our design also comes in two sizes (both included) small and large. Perfect for the first time user or a heavy monthly flow.

Small Size (recommended for pre-birth users): Length of cup: 2” / 1.75” diameter, .75” stem.

Large Size (recommended for post-birth users): Length of cup: 2.25” / 1.75” diameter, .75” stem

Directions: Disinfect hands and reusable menstrual cup before each use. Select which size cup to use (small or large) and fold the silicone menstrual cup lengthwise twice and insert. If correctly inserted, the menstrual cup will naturally unfold fully to create a leak-proof seal. Twist or spin the menstrual cup slightly to properly position the cup over the cervix. The best position is low in the vaginal canal. You can trim the retrieval stem to your desired length. To remove: pull menstrual cup out by the retrieval stem. Empty and rinse cup out when full (depending on your flow). Wear for a maximum of 12 hours at a time. Wash between uses with a gentle cleaner and warm water. Boiling the cup for 10 minutes in water is also a great way to disinfect your cup (recommended before first use).
