These have been really popular with my patients who complain about bad breath from the sinuses and throat.
Many anti-histmaines can become habit forming, this is not the case with my nasal-sinus drops. They can be used as often as you wish.
Directions
At the end of your brushing and rinsing routine:
- Blow nose to clear any excess mucus
- Tilt back head and squeeze 1-2 drops into each nostril
- Allow the nasal sinus drops to slowly run back through your nose and sinuses
- After 3-4 minutes, blow nose to remove any excess mucus
